Moeka Kawasaki, the other me

Honestly, i didn't expect much when i first decided to host a Japanese.
I thought i'd just have to bring them out alot and eat good food.
When they came last Friday,
my previous perspective on things changed thoroughly.
Sure, I taught them some stuff bout us,
the truth is, i think they taught me more.


My Japanese guest is Moeka Kawasaki.
I really reallyy liked her.
She's super cute and funny!
We had so much fun running around KL together.
Most importantly, we're similar in many ways (:
I miss you Moeka!!

Day 1 [ 13th November 2009, Friday ]

Esther, Seow Wei, June, and I brought our Japanese to Central Market after school.

We met up in KLCC at night after dinner.

Day 2 [ 14th November 2009, Saturday ]

Brought Moeka to Batu Caves the next day.

Climbed all the way up to the top with my 4-inch! Hoho ;)

My first time at Batu Caves.

Met up with the rest at Aquaria after that.

Went for shopping at Pavilion after that.

Day 3 [ 15th November 2009, Sunday ]

Brought her to Putrajaya for sight-seeing.

Farewell dinner over @ Saloma.

Moeka knows i like pink she exchanged my green origami paper with hers.

Our table had Origami making session and our whole table was filled with it.

They told us how to make a balloon, crane and a ninja thingy.

Its not good :(
The cut parts are sooo obvious.
But thats the best i can do, so yea.
We'll just go along with it, i guess.
They just told us today,
and they expect us to finish the whole thing within less than one day.
Damn annoyed! Hmmph.


I just surveyed around my house to make sure everything was squeeky clean for the Japanese guest.
Ahh, they're coming in 1 day and I feel very unprepared.
I haven't look up for some words in Japanese yet.

Internal Prefect Camp 2009

I had one of the best times of the year today.
Internal Prefect Camp was awesome, in my opinion.
Lik Sheng, you did a great job! I'm proud of you (:
No pictures tho, sorry. Didn't have time.
Bonded with so soo many people today! Yay.
And ofcourse, laughed my sickness away.
You guys made my day lahh.


There is one thing i wish to recognize on tho.
Which is none other than Group 5.
Thank you very much. Seriously.
Okay let me tell you why.
We were playing this hide and seek game and were required to find the board members.
I collected all 5 balloons and Wee Kii's station was the last one.
We found her in Form 3P but there were some other groups inside so we went and hid in the Form 3W classrooms while waiting for them to come out.
Then Group 5 came along and the other Group from Wee Kii's station just came out.
Then Group 5 ran and rushed there earlier than us.
However when they heard that we waited 10 minutes for them, they did something rather unexpected.
Rather than being greedy and finishing the game earlier, they did otherwise.
They allowed our group to go ahead of them instead, in other words, they gave us their place.
Their action stunned me for a moment. I was dumbfounded and wondered if i would do the same if i was in their place.

Prefect Year-end trip @ Langkawi

Finally, the Langkawi trip post i promised is up!
It took me soo long to upload all the 100+ pictures, you know.

Day 1 [ 29th October 2009 ]

Everyone reached and assemble in school by 9.30PM.

Started our journey by 10PM.

Day 2 [ 30th October 2009 ]

After a very tiresome 8 hours busride,

we finally reached the jetty at 5.45AM.

Waited till 8.00AM for the earliest ferry to Langkawi.

The air conditioner in the ferry was sooo cold!

Everyone was like freezing.

Reached Langkawi at around 9.30AM.

Our bus in Langkawi.

Visited the wildlife park in Langkawi.

Visited Galeria Perdana later on.

Followed by the Oriental Village for a cable car ride.

A few of us didn't wanna go for the cable car ride so we walked around the Oriental Village instead under the supervision of Madam Norhayatie (:

Went for a short photostop at the yatching area.

Dinner time! The food was good. Loved the Tom Yam.

Day 3 [ 31 October 2009 ]
